We hope you can all make our fourth Vibrational Healing Workshop this Saturday 5th of May. from 09.30am - 6pm in the beautiful Glenlo Abbey, Galway.
The Abbey is situated in a fantastic location overlooking the River Corrib and provides a serene environment.

Through the gentle sound of Tibetan bowls, the stillness of meditation and the strength of bodywork we achieve the full alignment of the body. Once the chakras are aligned, we reach the state of rest, balance and harmony in our physical, emotional and spiritual dimensions. Deep healing starts and we become in charge of our destiny.

I participated in the 'Awakening Within' meditation over a period of time and I found it to be a profoundly deep experience, The sound/vibration of the tibetan bowls penetrated on a very deep cellular level, each time was very different depending on the intention that was set at the beginning of the meditation. The sacred space opened and held by Maan was of 'pure heart' and 'pure intention'. Emma-Jane
